Governing Legal Framework

The following documents collectively govern all access to and use of pulsecrm.com, PulseCRM, PulseAPI, and related services, platforms, developer resources, and intellectual property owned, operated, or controlled by 813 Management, LLC, a Utah limited liability company. By accessing or using any services, platforms, websites, or resources, you agree to be bound by all applicable documents listed below.

Order of Precedence

In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or ambiguity between documents, precedence shall be determined by the priority order indicated below. Documents with lower priority numbers take precedence over documents with higher priority numbers. Any provision in a lower-priority document that conflicts with a higher-priority document shall be superseded to the extent of such conflict.
