This Proprietary IP Notice applies to all intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed by 813 Management, LLC.
1Ownership Statement
813 Management, LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("813 Management"), exclusively owns all right, title, and interest in and to:
- PulseCRM and all associated software, platforms, and services
- PulseAPI and all associated interfaces, protocols, and specifications
- All related intellectual property, including but not limited to patents, patent applications, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, know-how, and proprietary information
This ownership extends to all subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns of 813 Management.
2Scope of Protected Intellectual Property
2.1 Software and Code
All source code, object code, binaries, executables, scripts, algorithms, methods, processes, techniques, architectures, and software implementations, whether published or unpublished, are proprietary to 813 Management.
2.2 Data Structures and Schemas
All database schemas, data models, data structures, entity relationships, field definitions, data formats, and data organization methodologies are proprietary to 813 Management.
2.3 APIs and Interfaces
All API designs, endpoint structures, request/response formats, authentication mechanisms, protocols, specifications, and interface definitions are proprietary to 813 Management.
2.4 Workflows and Business Logic
All business processes, workflows, automation rules, decision logic, calculation methods, and operational procedures embodied in or implemented by PulseCRM or PulseAPI are proprietary to 813 Management.
2.5 Documentation and Content
All documentation, technical specifications, user guides, tutorials, examples, sample code, comments, annotations, and explanatory materials are proprietary to 813 Management.
2.6 Visual Elements
All user interface designs, screen layouts, graphics, icons, images, screenshots, logos, color schemes, typography, and visual presentations are proprietary to 813 Management.
2.7 Derivative Works
All derivative works, modifications, enhancements, improvements, adaptations, translations, and compilations based on or incorporating any of the foregoing are proprietary to 813 Management.
3No Rights Granted by Access
Important Notice
Access to, viewing of, downloading of, or interaction with any 813 Management intellectual property does not grant, convey, or imply any license, right, title, or interest therein.
Specifically, the following do not constitute any grant of rights:
- Viewing or accessing documentation, code repositories, or technical specifications
- Using or testing APIs, SDKs, or developer tools
- Accessing sample code, examples, or tutorials
- Viewing screenshots, demos, or marketing materials
- Receiving technical support or assistance
- Participating in any beta programs or previews
- Any course of dealing or trade usage
4No Implied License
No license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. Any rights must be granted through an express written agreement signed by an authorized representative of 813 Management.
The publication or availability of any materials, including but not limited to documentation, specifications, or sample code, does not constitute:
- A dedication to the public domain
- A waiver of intellectual property rights
- An open-source license or similar permissive grant
- Authorization to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
- Permission to use for any commercial purpose
5Restrictions on Use
Without an express written license from 813 Management, you shall not:
- Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any protected intellectual property
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
- Distribute, publish, license, sell, or transfer any materials
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
- Use for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or product development
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
- Claim ownership or authorship of any materials
- Use in any manner that infringes 813 Management's rights
6Enforcement
813 Management actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use may result in:
- Immediate termination of any access or licenses
- Civil litigation seeking damages and injunctive relief
- Criminal prosecution where applicable
- Recovery of attorneys' fees and costs
813 Management reserves all rights and remedies available under law and equity.

For licensing inquiries or permission requests, contact 813 Management through the official contact channels provided at pulsecrm.com/contact. All requests must be in writing and are subject to approval at 813 Management's sole discretion.
