813 Management, LLC does not accept external contributions to PulseCRM or PulseAPI core systems. Any such contributions will be rejected without review.
1Policy Statement
813 Management, LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("813 Management"), maintains a strict policy prohibiting external contributions to the core systems of PulseCRM and PulseAPI.
Core systems are developed exclusively by 813 Management personnel. No exceptions are granted to this Policy.
2Prohibited Core Contributions
Contributions Not Accepted
External contributions are strictly prohibited for the following systems and components:
- PulseCRM Core: All source code, modules, services, databases, and infrastructure comprising the PulseCRM platform
- PulseAPI Core: All API endpoints, services, handlers, middleware, and backend systems comprising PulseAPI
- Payment Processing Systems: All components related to payment processing, transaction handling, and financial operations
- Authentication and Security: All authentication, authorization, encryption, and security systems
- Data Models and Schemas: All database schemas, data models, and data structures
- Internal Services: All internal microservices, workers, queues, and background processes
- Infrastructure Code: All deployment configurations, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps tooling
3Permitted Contribution Scope
Subject to the Contributor License Agreement, external contributions are permitted only for the following categories:
- Client SDKs: Official client libraries and SDKs for various programming languages, where repositories are explicitly designated for external contribution
- Developer Tools: CLI tools, IDE extensions, and developer utilities, where repositories are explicitly designated for external contribution
- Code Examples: Sample code, tutorials, and example implementations, where repositories are explicitly designated for external contribution
- Documentation: Corrections, clarifications, and improvements to public documentation, where repositories are explicitly designated for external contribution
Permitted contributions are accepted solely at 813 Management's discretion and subject to the Contributor License Agreement.
4Repository Designation
A repository must be explicitly designated as accepting external contributions before any contribution will be considered. Designation will be indicated by:
- A CONTRIBUTING file in the repository root explicitly stating that contributions are accepted
- Clear indication in the repository README
The absence of such designation means contributions are not accepted for that repository.
5No Exceptions
This Policy applies without exception. The following do not constitute valid exceptions:
- Bug fixes or security patches
- Performance improvements
- Feature requests or implementations
- Previous business relationships or partnerships
- Customer or user status
- Any verbal or informal communications
6Treatment of Prohibited Contributions
Contributions submitted to core systems in violation of this Policy will be:
- Rejected without review or consideration
- Closed immediately without comment
- Not acknowledged or responded to
813 Management is under no obligation to explain rejections or provide feedback on prohibited contributions.
7Relationship to Contributor License Agreement
This Policy operates in conjunction with the Contributor License Agreement ("CLA"). Even if a contribution is submitted in violation of this Policy:
- The CLA terms automatically apply to all submitted content
- 813 Management retains all rights granted under the CLA
- No obligation to use, acknowledge, or compensate arises
8Policy Rationale
This Policy exists to:
- Maintain complete control over proprietary core systems
- Ensure security and integrity of financial processing systems
- Protect trade secrets and proprietary methodologies
- Maintain regulatory compliance obligations
- Preserve clear IP ownership for acquisition readiness
- Avoid any ambiguity regarding authorship or ownership
