Appeal Rights: If we decline your request, you may appeal by contacting privacy@pulsecrm.com with "CPA Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond within forty-five (45) days.

9.4 Connecticut Residents (CTDPA)

Nevada Residents: Nevada residents may submit opt-out requests regarding the sale of covered information by emailing privacy@pulsecrm.com with "Nevada Opt-Out Request" in the subject line.

We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to verifiable consumer requests unless permitted by law.

10.1 Do Not Track Signals

The Services do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We may continue to collect information in the manner described in this Policy regardless of any Do Not Track settings.

10.2 Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as valid opt-out requests for the sale or sharing of personal information under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

If your browser transmits a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser. Note that GPC signals are browser-specific; if you use multiple browsers or devices, you must enable GPC on each one.
